Terms of Use

The short version: Use VastraIQ to organize your own wardrobe and generate outfit ideas. Only upload photos you have the right to use. AI-generated results are provided as-is, without guarantees of accuracy. There's no account, so you're responsible for keeping your own backups (the app's built-in export feature is there for exactly this).
Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using VastraIQ ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What the app does
VastraIQ helps you catalog your wardrobe, create outfits, and generate AI-assisted styling suggestions and visual previews, using photos you provide. All data the app creates or stores is kept locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details on how photos are processed.
Eligibility
VastraIQ is not directed at, and should not be used by, children under 13.
Your photos and content
- You retain ownership of any photos you upload. Using the app doesn't transfer any rights in your content to us.
- You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photo you upload — including photos of yourself, your clothing, and (if included) any other identifiable person, who should have given their consent.
- Don't upload photos that are illegal, infringe someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use.
- Photos are sent to our AI processing partner solely to generate the specific result you requested (a studio photo, an avatar, an outfit preview, etc.) and are not retained by that partner afterward. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated results
Studio photos, avatars, outfit suggestions, and try-on previews are generated by AI models and are approximations, not guarantees. They may not perfectly represent the original garment, your appearance, or how an outfit will actually look or fit. Use your own judgment.
No warranty
VastraIQ is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI processing depends on third-party services that may occasionally be slow, unavailable, or return unexpected results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VastraIQ and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data. Because all data lives locally on your device with no server-side backup, you are responsible for backing up anything you don't want to lose — use the app's Export feature (Profile → Privacy & Data) regularly if your wardrobe data matters to you.
Acceptable use
Don't use VastraIQ to attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the AI processing services it relies on, or for any unlawful purpose.
Changes to the app or these terms
The app and these terms may change over time. If terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You can stop using VastraIQ at any time by uninstalling it, which removes all locally stored data. We may also update or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time.
